Mortise & Sash Lock

Description:

Mortise lock is combination of latch and deadlock. They are used to open and close the doors and can also be locked with key from both side. The latch can be operated by a door knob or a handle. The only difference between sash lock and mortise lock is that mortise lock plate has a provision for cylinder whereas sash lock does not have provision of cylinder in its plate.
